Rosemary Rose Hair Tea for Scalp Health & Hair Growth

Simple recipe for hair health

Rosemary + Hair care is a common pairing and hair rinses featuring this incredible herb are surely not unheard of. I find rosemary fantastic for stimulating and retaining hair growth, but for my Rosemary Rose hair and scalp spray there are some extra ingredients that go into making what is now a daily staple in my hair care regimen.

Usually you might see hair rinses with rosemary, and indeed you can use the recipe below in that way as long as you take note of the details in the instructions. However, this mix is geared towards scalp management especially for those of us with protective styles like locs or braids. Additionally whether as a spray or rinse it is best for people with DARK hair as rosemary used over time darkens and tints hair follicles.

Rosemary is known in these regards as a scalp stimulant that will help you grow longer, thicker hair faster. To this end I have also added a bit of caffeine to stimulate and keep follicles in their growth phase for longer, as well as mint to lower androgens in the scalp to prevent follicle loss. Additionally it is blended to add extra moisture, as I use this spray on my scalp and locs daily to keep them hydrated.

As long as you have a bit of time and a few common kitchen staples and easily found additions, you can make this awesome hydration mix for your hair! Read on at my Patreon page for free.
